Fairhaven Homes is a well-established Victorian home builder with 25 display locations and a diverse portfolio of tailored home designs. Background

In 2022 Fairhaven was seeking a new development partner, one who could work closely with their in-house team, offer better communication, provide stronger value, and reliably deliver under challenging turnaround times. Weekly WIPs keep priorities aligned, and regular strategy sessions ensure long-term initiatives stay on track.
