Which hosting is right for me?
It depends on your site! Its size, complexity, and resource needs. Contact us via the form below and we’ll provide a tailored quote.
Is your support 24/7 ?
Support for your hosting is 24/7, via our managed service providers. Website support (see our Website support page) is available 8.30am – 5.30pm, Melbourne time (AEST)
Do you have your own servers?

No, we have agency accounts with managed service providers Digital Ocean + Cloudways and WP Engine. This ensures your site is on enterprise infrastructure and fully supported 24/7

Where is your hosting based?
All our sites are hosted in Sydney enterprise data centres, Australia. No data is stored off-shore.
Do you provide cPanel or server access?
No we don’t. Our hosting service is tailored and customised for our clients, which means we look after all aspects of site management and development. You DO of course have access to the CMS.
What if my site goes down?
We’ll use all endeavours to reinstate your site, as a matter of urgency, including liaising and communicating with the managed service provider. In the event of a hack or malicious breach, we’ll prioritise remediation and provide an incident report.
Is my site backed up?

How is hosting billed?
Fees are calculated monthly, and charged annually for the coming 12 months.
What if I wish to cancel?
If you decide to move to a new host, advise us in writing with 30 days notice, and we’ll refund you the monthly pro-rata the remainder of the hosting term.
