- Support requests assume up to 1 hour is pre-approved for investigation and rectification. In the event more time is needed, we advise an estimate and seek approval before progressing, or provide an estimate for a project.
- We’ll acknowledge submission within 2 hours, with our reach goal within 1 hour. If we have questions or need clarification we’ll include in the acknowledgment.
- Issue resolution or action policy is within 48 hours, with our reach goal on the day / 8 hours.
